By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Zenfo Auto Services operates under UAE laws and regulations. We follow Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and all Abu Dhabi automotive service standards.


About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legal contract. This agreement exists between you (the customer) and Zenfo Auto Services.

We recommend you:

Zenfo Auto Services provides written estimates for all repairs over AED 500. We explain all costs clearly before starting work.

  • Diagnostic fees (if applicable)
  • Total estimated cost
  • Estimated completion date
  • Warranty information

Estimate Accuracy

We provide accurate estimates based on initial diagnosis. Zenfo Auto Services honors quoted prices unless additional problems arise.

Estimates are valid for:

  • 30 days from issue date
  • The specific repairs listed
  • Parts availability at quoted prices

Additional Work Authorization

Zenfo Auto Services never performs unauthorized repairs. We contact you if additional work becomes necessary.

We require your approval for:

  • Repairs exceeding the estimate by more than 10%
  • Additional problems discovered during service
  • Alternative repair recommendations
  • Emergency repairs are needed for safety

Verbal Authorization

We accept phone authorization for urgent repairs. Zenfo Auto Services confirms all verbal approvals in writing.

For phone approvals, we:

  • Record your name and contact details

  • Explain all additional costs clearly
  • Send written confirmation immediately

Declining Estimates

You may decline any estimate without obligation. Zenfo Auto Services charges only for diagnostic work already performed.

If you decline service:

  • We return your vehicle in its original condition
  • You pay only diagnostic fees (if applicable)
  • We keep records for 90 days
  • No additional charges apply

Service Appointments and Scheduling

Booking Your Service

Zenfo Auto Services accepts appointments by phone, email, or in person. We confirm all bookings within 24 hours.

To book a service, provide:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Vehicle make, model, and year
  • License plate number
  • Description of service needed
  • Preferred date and time

Appointment Confirmation

We confirm your appointment details. Zenfo Auto Services sends reminders one day before the scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel less than 24 hours: AED 100 fee may apply
  • No-show appointments: AED 200 fee may apply

Storage Duration

We aim to complete work promptly. Zenfo Auto Services stores vehicles free during normal service periods.

Free storage includes:

  • First 3 days after completion notice

Storage Fees

Fees apply for extended storage. Zenfo Auto Services charges fair rates for Abu Dhabi area.

Storage fees apply:

  • After completion notice (3-day grace)
  • AED 50 per day after the grace period
  • For vehicles not picked up
  • Until full payment and collection

Vehicle Security

We take reasonable precautions for security. Zenfo Auto Services is not liable for items left in vehicles.

Please remove:

  • Valuables and personal items
  • Important documents
  • Electronic devices
  • Loose items from the vehicle

Personal Belongings

Zenfo Auto Services is not responsible for personal items. Remove belongings before leaving your vehicle.

We are not liable for:

  • Theft of personal property
  • Damage to items left in the vehicle
  • Lost or missing belongings
  • Unauthorized use of your items

Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful information. Zenfo Auto Services needs accurate details to serve you properly.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Authorization to Service

Timely Vehicle Collection

Please collect your vehicle promptly. Zenfo Auto Services notifies you when the service completes.

  • During our business hours

  • After full payment
